Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Connect, Switch, Access and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail . Oversea orders are sent by Royal mail
Orders are normally processed and despatched the same day as received (Monday to Friday). Orders are sent by Royal Mail. In the event of non delivery inform us by email or telephone between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday and we will look into the matter for you immediately. International orders are sent by Royal Mail
If your item is not in stock but is expected shortly we will back order for you,. otherwise the item out of stock will follow your main order.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free (except all books as they are all zero VAT rated ) and will be deducted from your order total.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee that great care is taken to ensure that every item is fairly and accurately described and Yarn weights are in accordance with British Standard 984 unless otherwise specified.
